Job Description:
您將從事小分子新藥的分析及分離工作；以通過(guò)分析儀器設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢測(cè)、從事分析方法開發(fā)、驗(yàn)證和分離純化等工作為主；同時(shí)參與小分子藥物的創(chuàng)新純平臺(tái)的搭建和優(yōu)化、雜質(zhì)分析和鑒定等工作；有機(jī)會(huì)接觸到現(xiàn)有的先進(jìn)的技術(shù)平臺(tái)，******藥物發(fā)現(xiàn)新趨勢(shì)；有機(jī)會(huì)和跨國(guó)藥企藥化專家面對(duì)面交流學(xué)習(xí)。
You will be engaged in the analysis andseparation of small-molecule drugs, primarily focusing on testing by using analytical instruments, method development, validation, separation andpurification. Simultaneously participate in the construction andoptimization of innovative pure platforms forsmall molecule drugs, as well as impurity analysis andidentification work. This role provides an opportunity to work with advanced technology platforms andlead the pharmaceutical discovery trends. You will also have the chance to engage in face-to-face exchanges with pharmaceutical experts frommultinational companies.

Job Responsibilities:
運(yùn)用各種分離技術(shù)如Prep-HPLC為Medicinal Chemistry，Synthetic Chemistry，Library 提供的混合物進(jìn)行純化；
運(yùn)用HPLC或SFC等方法提供專業(yè)快速的手性分析和手性分離服務(wù)；
運(yùn)用各種分析方法（如HPLC，UPLC，LC-MS，GC，GCMS，IC，ICP-MS，HR-MS 等）為 Medicinal Chemistry ，Synthetic Chemistry 和Discovery Process Chemistry 提供客觀準(zhǔn)確和及時(shí)有效的分析數(shù)據(jù)；
利用常用結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定手段（IR, HR-MS, NMR等），能夠?qū)δ繕?biāo)產(chǎn)品和雜質(zhì)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)解析和鑒定；
了解儀器的基本維修，定期進(jìn)行儀器維護(hù)，排除小故障；
能夠根據(jù)公司要求，及時(shí)地總結(jié)工作，完成實(shí)驗(yàn)研究報(bào)告；
Purify crude sample fromMedicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, andLibrary using various purification techniques such as Prep-HPLC.
Provide professional andrapid chiral analysis andseparation services using multiple techniques such as HPLC orSFC.
Utilize various analytical methods such as HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, IC, ICP-MS, HR-MS, etc., to provide objective, accurate, andtimely analysis data forMedicinal Chemistry, Synthetic Chemistry, andDiscovery Process Chemistry.
Be capable of conducting structural analysis andidentification of the target product andimpurities with commonly used structural identification methods （IR, HR-MS, NMR etc.）.
Understandbasic instrument maintenance, perform regular instrument maintenance, andconduct trouble shooting forminorissues.
Conduct andcomplete experimental research reports in a timely manner according to company requirements.
 
任職要求
Job Requirements
 分析化學(xué)、藥學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)歷，具備良好的分析化學(xué)、有機(jī)化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)，CET-6；
 熟練使用Prep-HPLC，F(xiàn)lash，LCMS等儀器；
 熟悉常用結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定手段如IR, HR-MS, NMR等；
 具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；
 具有良好的英文基礎(chǔ)；
 遵守相應(yīng)的安全規(guī)定及制度。
 能適應(yīng)快速的工作節(jié)奏，能夠承受較強(qiáng)的工作壓力。
 Possess a Ph.D. degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, orrelated field, with a strong foundation in analytical chemistry andorganic chemistry, CET-6.
 Familiar with commonly used structural identification methods such as IR, HR-MS, H-NMR, etc;
 Demonstrate proficiency in operating instruments such as Prep-HPLC, Flash, LCMS, andother relevant equipment;
 Exhibit excellent communication skills anda collaborative spirit to effectively interact with colleagues andcontribute to a team environment;
 Have good English skills to support effective communication andpresentation of scientific information;
 Adhere to relevant safety regulations andprotocols in order to maintain a safe working environment;
 Adapt to a fast-paced work environment andhave the ability work under high pressure.
