崗位職責(zé)：
1. Strong chemical engineering background in the area of reaction engineering, heat andmass transfer, unit operations, competent with basic chemical engineering calculations using excel orother available software.
在反應(yīng)工程、傳熱傳質(zhì)、單元操作等領(lǐng)域有較強(qiáng)的化學(xué)工程背景，能使用excel或其他可用軟件進(jìn)行基本的化學(xué)工程計(jì)算；
2. Willing to work in the lab to collect safety anddesign data. The job is about 50％ lab work andsimilar portion will be computer work.
意向在實(shí)驗(yàn)室收集安全和設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)。這項(xiàng)工作大約有50％是實(shí)驗(yàn)室工作，類(lèi)似的部分是計(jì)算機(jī)工作；
3. Run reaction calorimetry experiment （RC1）, then perform reaction kinetic study fromheat flow andchemistry conversion data. Based on the study, give suggestion on scale up condition such as reaction temperature.
進(jìn)行反應(yīng)量熱實(shí)驗(yàn)（RC1），然后根據(jù)熱流和化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)反應(yīng)溫度等放大條件提出了建議；
4. Give suggestion on process optimization. Forexample, optimize the process to dosing controlled type fromheat accumulation.
提出工藝優(yōu)化建議，例如，將工藝從熱積累優(yōu)化為加藥控制；
5. Understandheat transfer knowledge. Calculate cooling capacity of reactor. Give suggestion on safe dosing time during manufacture fromRC1 data.
了解傳熱知識(shí)、計(jì)算反應(yīng)器的冷卻能力、根據(jù)RC1數(shù)據(jù)，對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的安全投加時(shí)間提出建議；
6. Understandrunaway situation such as thermal runaway andexplosion. 
了解熱失控、爆炸等失控情況；
7. Run adiabatic calorimeter such as ARSST, VSP2 andARC. Have the knowledge of DIERS. Understandpipe resistance calculation andvent sizing calculation. 
運(yùn)行絕熱量熱計(jì)，如ARSST、VSP2和ARC。有DIERS的知識(shí)，了解管道阻力計(jì)算和通風(fēng)孔尺寸計(jì)算；
8. Understandmass transfer forreactions like hydrogenation. Predict scale up situation fromRC1 heat flow andpressure data.
了解氫化反應(yīng)的傳質(zhì)，從RC1熱流和壓力數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)放大情況；
9. Give suggestions on hazard mitigation of electrostatic. Understanddust explosion andmitigation of dust hazard.
提出靜電危害緩解建議，了解粉塵爆炸和減輕粉塵危害。

任職資格：
1. Degree: masterandabove. Major: chemical engineering.
碩士及以上學(xué)歷，化學(xué)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)；
2. Good communication skills （written andverbal） in both Chinese andEnglish languages.
良好的中英文溝通能力（書(shū)面和口頭）；
3. Good ability of communication skill andteam cooperation. Can communicate with production colleagues andoversea client.
良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力，能與生產(chǎn)同事及海外客戶(hù)溝通。
