Serve as an active member of the facility Managing Team.

Attend andparticipate in meetings within Diaverum as requested

Contribute to the development andmaintenance of country clinical policies andprocedures in adherence with Diaverum corporate clinical andlocal MOH requeired policies

根據(jù)德瑞的臨床和當?shù)匦l(wèi)生部門的要求，及時制定和更新臨床醫(yī)療相關(guān)的規(guī)章制度和流程

Abide by the policies andprocedures mandated by all appropriate governmental agencies, Diaverum, Chief Medical Officer （SVP – Medical） andlocal MOH.

遵守所有相關(guān)政府機構(gòu)、總部主管醫(yī)療和當?shù)匦l(wèi)生部門規(guī)定的規(guī)章制度流程

Review Medical Staff credentials to ensure compliance with requirements forpractice in a dialysis facility.

定期檢查醫(yī)務(wù)人員的資質(zhì)以確保符合透析診所臨床崗位的上崗操作要求和規(guī)定

Serve as a liaison with hospitals andother providers of clinical service to Diaverum patients.

建立并維護為德瑞患者提供服務(wù)的相關(guān)醫(yī)院和其他醫(yī)療機構(gòu)的聯(lián)系。

Review clinical andfacility reports to ensure quality andcompliance with Diaverum policy andall other appropriate regulatory agencies. 

審查臨床和診所報告，確保質(zhì)量和合規(guī)遵守德瑞和其他相關(guān)機構(gòu)的規(guī)定。

Review reports fromthe Chief Medical Officer andthe Corporate Medical Office to ensure the medical quality is carried out in the country according to the Diaverum standards

及時查閱醫(yī)療總監(jiān)和總部醫(yī)療辦公室的報告，以確保所有診所的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量按照德瑞的標準落實執(zhí)行

Communicate with the Clinic Medical Directors within the country to ensure that:

Reports andother information fromthe Chief Medical Officer andthe Corporate Medical Office are appropriately disseminated within the country

及時傳達來自醫(yī)療總監(jiān)和總部醫(yī)療辦公室的報告和其他相關(guān)的通知及信息

All reports as well as any other required information are submitted to the Chief Medical Officer andthe Corporate Medical Office as requested

所有報告以及任何其他需要的信息都按照要求及時提交給醫(yī)療總監(jiān)和總部醫(yī)療辦公室

Identify possible medical deficiencies in the country andinitiate appropriate measures in cooperation with the Chief Medical Officer andthe Corporate Medical Office 

識別各個診所可能存在的臨床醫(yī)療相關(guān)的不足和風險，并與醫(yī)療總監(jiān)和總部醫(yī)療辦公室合作，及時采取適當?shù)念A(yù)防性措施

Identify general andspecific medical education opportunities in the country andcommunicate these to the Chief Medical Officer andthe Corporate Medical Office

QUALIFICATIONS任職要求

Education教育背景

Registered physician （MD）, andpreferably PhD （orsimilar experience） in the field of medicine

持有現(xiàn)行有效執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師證書（醫(yī)學學位），或類似經(jīng)驗

Specialization in Nephrology andInternal Medicine腎病學及內(nèi)科專業(yè)

Attending orabove professional title is plus 主治醫(yī)師或以上職稱者優(yōu)先

Certified in BLS andpreferably in ACLS 具有基礎(chǔ)生命支持證書及高級心血管生命支持證書者優(yōu)先

Experience 工作經(jīng)驗

Experience as physician: 5+ years within the field of nephrology 至少5年以上腎內(nèi)科醫(yī)生工作管理經(jīng)驗
