【基本情況】蕪湖市第四人民醫(yī)院（蕪湖市精神病醫(yī)院）創(chuàng)建于1969年，坐落在蕪湖市弋江區(qū)烏霞山東路，是集醫(yī)療、預防、教學、科研、康復于一體的三級甲等精神病�？漆t(yī)院。占地面積8萬平方米（包括蕪湖院區(qū)與南陵院區(qū)），建筑面積5.2萬平方米，開放床位1688張。醫(yī)院是安徽省第二精神衛(wèi)生專科聯(lián)盟牽頭單位，是安徽省醫(yī)師協(xié)會精神科醫(yī)師分會、蕪湖市心理學會、蕪湖市睡眠研究會、蕪湖市醫(yī)學會精神科分會、安徽省心理學會臨床與咨詢心理學分會、蕪湖市心理衛(wèi)生協(xié)會、蕪湖市精神衛(wèi)生指導中心的掛靠單位。精神科是安徽省十四五臨床重點專科，2014年獲批蕪湖市第二批“5111”創(chuàng)新團隊。普通精神科、睡眠醫(yī)學科、情感障礙科、老年精神科、臨床心理科是蕪湖市“十四五”醫(yī)學重點�？啤ａt(yī)院作為全省唯一精神衛(wèi)生專科醫(yī)院參與全國精神衛(wèi)生綜合管理試點城市和全國社會心理服務(wù)體系建設(shè)，成績顯著。在全國首次三級公立醫(yī)院績效考核中，位列全國精神專科醫(yī)院第15名。2022年7月，醫(yī)院與首都醫(yī)科大學附屬北京安定醫(yī)院合作共建國家區(qū)域醫(yī)療中心。



【人員結(jié)構(gòu)】現(xiàn)有專業(yè)技術(shù)人員606人，其中，高級職稱專業(yè)人員53人、教授32人、博士2人、碩士研究生43人、碩士生導師17人。



【醫(yī)療技術(shù)】醫(yī)院技術(shù)力量雄厚，設(shè)有精神科、臨床心理科、精神病康復科、兒童青少年科、老年精神病科、睡眠醫(yī)學科、成癮醫(yī)學科、精神病司法鑒定科、情感障礙科、心理危機干預中心等專業(yè)科室。其中，急性病區(qū)7個、康復病區(qū)5個，老年病區(qū)、心理病區(qū)、兒少病區(qū)、睡眠醫(yī)學與成癮醫(yī)學病區(qū)各1個。開展了精神分裂癥、情感障礙、藥物與酒依賴、睡眠障礙與神經(jīng)癥、進食障礙、兒童、青少年與老年精神醫(yī)學、精神康復、心理治療、心理咨詢與評估、心理危機研究與干預、精神疾病司法鑒定等10余個特色診療項目。



【教學科研】醫(yī)院是蚌埠醫(yī)學院、上海交大Bio-X中心的附屬醫(yī)院，安徽醫(yī)科大學、安徽中醫(yī)藥大學、皖南醫(yī)學院、安徽師范大學等多所高校的教學醫(yī)院，也是皖南醫(yī)學院、蚌埠醫(yī)學院的碩士生培養(yǎng)單位。在前進的過程中，醫(yī)院始終堅持科教興院、人才強院戰(zhàn)略，自2014年起多人先后被派遣往意大利、德國、美國、英國、愛爾蘭、新加坡等國交流、深造。醫(yī)院也于2006年開始與上海交大、美國哥倫比亞大學、英國阿伯丁大學合作，進行精神分裂癥基因遺傳學研究，于2010年創(chuàng)立“中科院賀林院士工作室”，2012年經(jīng)省科技廳批準成為安徽省首個�？啤霸菏抗ぷ髡尽�，2020年又成立賀林院士新醫(yī)學合作示范基地。2021年，醫(yī)院與上海市精神衛(wèi)生中心合作共建“長三角精神心理創(chuàng)新團隊”，開展醫(yī)教研的全方位合作。目前，醫(yī)院已完成國家863課題2項、國家自然科學基金重點項目1項、國家重點研發(fā)計劃1項。承擔國際合作科研課題1項，省級科研課題4項，市級科研課題29項。申報完成實用新型專利30項，外觀專利10項，獲安徽省科學技術(shù)及科技創(chuàng)新獎3項、省級科技成果登記9項。



【社會公益】醫(yī)院多年來與消防、公安、高校、社會團體、企事業(yè)單位等50余家單位開展合作，先后建立心理咨詢師培訓與實習基地、高校學生心理健康援助中心、婦女兒童家庭婚姻咨詢中心、征兵心理檢測培訓與指導中心、蕪湖市心理救援中心、開設(shè)蕪湖市心理熱線，2023年5月掛牌成立蕪湖市兒童青少年心理健康服務(wù)中心，為促進百姓心理健康、構(gòu)建和諧社會做出了重大的貢獻！
